Overview

The following workplace policies provide structure, consistency, and fairness, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. These policies clarify the Academy’s expectations of its employees and promote a desirable workplace culture that is aligned with the Academy’s values.

Failure to comply with these policies will be result in disciplinary action or termination.

In so far as these policies impose any obligations on the Academy, those obligations are not contractual and do not give rise to any contractual rights. To the extent that these policies describes benefits and entitlements for employees, they are discretionary in nature and are also not intended to be contractual.  The terms and conditions of employment that are intended to be contractual are set out in an employee’s written employment contract.

The Academy may unilaterally introduce, vary, remove or replace these policies at any time.
