1.1 (i) Enrolment entitles the Student to a Lesson only:

• on the day,

• at the time,

• for the duration, and

• at the frequency

as specified in the Enrolment Form, or otherwise agreed upon in writing during the course of Enrolment.

1.2 (i) Enrolment commences on the Commencement Date defined in the Enrolment Details.

1.2 (ii) The Student cannot attend Lessons and their place is not secured until:

• the Enrolment Form has been submitted, and

• a valid direct debit account has been set up.

1.3 (i) The minimum length of Enrolment is one term or the remainder of a term when the Enrolment commences after the first week of the term.

1.4 (i) Enrolment automatically renews from term to term, including from term four of one year to term one of the next year, i.e. You must "opt-out" to cancel Enrolment. The minimum length of Enrolment applies to each renewal.

1.4 (ii) You accept the terms and conditions of Enrolment that are current at the time of renewal.

1.5 (i) You can request to change the Enrolment Details at any time. Changes can be made to the following details:

• the Lesson day,

• the Lesson time,

• the Lesson duration, and the

• the Lesson frequency.

1.5 (ii) When the Enrolment is varied, the new Enrolment Details supersedes any and all previous agreements.

1.5 (iii) We cannot guarantee that we can fulfil Your request.

1.5 (iv) If We are unable to fulfil Your request and You are unable to maintain Your Enrolment, Our terms and conditions of termination of Enrolment still apply.

1.6 (i) Our term dates are those published on Our website.

1.6 (ii) We have the right to vary Our term dates when notice is given before the Census Date of the first affected term, giving You the option to cancel Enrolment if You do not agree to the changes.
